Welcome to PWW Services Inc. By accepting a quote, making a payment, or utilizing our snow removal services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Service Specifications

1.1 Triggers: Snow removal services will commence automatically once snow accumulation reaches the agreed-upon depth (typically 2.5cm or 1 inch) as determined by official weather reports for Grande Prairie, Alberta, or PWW Services Inc. route supervisors.

1.2 Timing: While we aim to clear properties as quickly as possible, standard service completion is guaranteed within 24 hours of the snowfall ending to ensure compliance with City Bylaws.

1.3 Scope: Services include the clearing of the main driveway and city sidewalks. Walkways to the front door or rear decks are included only if specified in your selected plan.

2. Payments and Billing

2.1 Subscription: Monthly unlimited plans are billed automatically on a recurring basis via credit card on file. The service season runs from November 1st to April 1st.

2.2 One-Time Service: Payment for one-time clearing is due upon booking or immediately upon completion of work.

2.3 Non-Payment: Services will be suspended immediately if payment fails. A service reactivation fee may apply.

3. Client Responsibilities

To ensure we can provide effective service, the Client agrees to:

• Remove vehicles, garbage cans, cords, hoses, and other obstacles from the driveway prior to service.
• Clearly mark any hidden hazards, curbs, or landscape features that may be covered by snow.
• Apply ice melt or sand if the selected plan does not include ice management.

PWW Services Inc. is not responsible for snow left around vehicles or obstacles that were not moved.

4. Liability and Damage

4.1 Surface Damage: We use professional equipment designed to protect pavement. However, PWW Services Inc. is not liable for minor scratches, rust marks, or chipping on driveways, particularly on heaved, cracked, or uneven surfaces.

4.2 Hidden Objects: We are not liable for damage to items left in the snow removal area (e.g., extension cords, toys, garden lights) that were not clearly visible.

4.3 Slip and Fall: While we clear snow to the best of our ability, icy conditions can persist or form rapidly in Alberta. The Client assumes full responsibility for slip-and-fall accidents on their property unless negligent conduct by PWW Services Inc. is proven.

5. Cancellation Policy

5.1 Monthly Plans: Clients may cancel their monthly subscription at any time with 30 days' written notice. No refunds will be issued for partial months.

5.2 Termination by Provider: We reserve the right to terminate service for abusive behavior towards staff, non-payment, or unsafe property conditions.
